Matt Schneider is a Pop & Blues Singer/Songwriter from Cincinnati, OH. He grew up the youngest of four kids and found a love of music when he got his first guitar at age nine. The music soon became the center of Matt’s world, and he started working his way onto any stage he could. At the age of fifteen Matt began his professional career alongside a multitude of musicians in Hilton Head, SC during family vacations.

Within the next few years, Matt found a love of writing and proceeded to write his first self-titled EP that was released in 2013.

Things continued to develop, and by the time Matt had reached the end of his high school career he was playing out every weekend throughout the Mid-West at venues like the Cleveland House of Blues and the Cintas Center as well as at local festivals like the Taste of Blueash alongside acts like Third Eye Blind and Toto.

With the help of his parents, family, and friends Matt went to Nashville, TN. to record his first full band EP “Wake Up” at Omni Sound Studios. To go along with the new EP, Matt and his team went back to where it all began on Hilton Head Island to shoot his first music video for the title track “Wake Up”.

With new encouragement from a growing fan base, Matt returned to Nashville the following year to record his second full band EP “Easier Said Than Done”. Following it’s release, and only five years into his professional career Matt was invited to play the famous Bluebird Cafe alongside some of Nashville’s finest songwriters.

Now Matt is in the studio recording his first full-length debut album set to be released within the next year while also touring through the Mid-West and other parts of the country while attending college at Xavier University.
